Hi, Nick. Check out the Malaxis orchid choices. Your image shows what appear to be flowers. M. spicata is grouped primarily in your area or M. unifolia found more widely distributed across VA. (AtlasoftheVirginiaFlora). Adder's Tongue is a fern family and has a fertle frond that is " tongue" shaped with 2 rows of sporangia. Leaf would differ, also. Nicky
